Wrightway Sports founded in 1999 by Ron Wright of Salt lake City, Utah. While sitting in a fly shop tieing and talking to other fly fishermen Ron discovered the need for foam fly tieing products. While working with some of the best fly fishermen and tiers in the Salt Lake City area Wrightway Sports have created many new foam products that are changing the fly fishing industry.

Wrightway Sports is the home of the RONDICATOR a foam indicator that resembles a poly indicator. This was the first foam indicator of its kind on the market and it is being sold all over the United States and Canada. Wrightway Sports also supplies other foam products for fly fishing such as sheet foam, foam strips, bug bodies, ants, extended bodies and post materials.

In January of 2004 Kip Hirrlinger took over Wrightway Sports as the new owner. Kip has been an avid fly tier and fisherman since 1988 fishing all over the United States, Canada and Europe. With the help of many fly shops across the United States Wrightway Sports is working on creating new products for tieing foam flies. It is our goal to help meet the needs of this changing sport so that you may enjoy the beautiful surroundings but also the joy of that tug on the end of your line.

Wrightway Sports is a company that is run with a passion to find a new product that can be tied with simplest and that will catch fish.
